Booking & Payment

  • A valid credit card and photo ID is required to secure all reservations.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate plan.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Cancellations must be made more than a week before arrival to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to first night’s stay plus taxes and fees.
  • Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be charged according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Occupancy & Extra Guests

  • Maximum occupancy limits apply and must be adhered to for safety and comfort.

Smoking Policy

  • A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for smoking in the hotel.
